DELIVERIES

We offer standard (tracked) delivery options (from dispatch date and time). For international shipping, additional fees and delivery times apply.

Delivery charges vary depending on the product you order and your location and the selected shipping method. As and from January 2025 the following delivery charges are applied:

Door Wreath:
Ireland : €15
Europe : €30
US : €60

Once your order is dispatched, standard delivery takes approx. 1-3 business days in Ireland, 4-5 business days to Europe and 6-9 business days to US.

Yes, all our orders are tracked, once your order is dispatched, our courier will send a tracking link via email or SMS.

Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order to update your address and we will advise if a change of delivery address is possible. If the product has already been dispatched unfortunately it will not be possible to change your delivery address.

Unfortunately, we cannot offer click-and-collect services currently but we are working to explore this service for the future.

Please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order. Include photos of the damaged item, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

RETURNS

Your purchase is handmade to order and so we only accept returns of damaged goods within 2 days of delivery. Damaged items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

We only accept returns of damaged items so in the unlikely event of your product arriving damaged you can return your item to us. Contact us at info@phenologydecor.com to request a return authorisation for damaged goods and follow the instructions provided.

Personalised or custom-made items cannot be returned unless they are faulty.

We offer free returns for faulty or incorrect delivered items only.

Once we receive your returned item, we aim to process your refund or exchange within 5 business days.
Unfortunately this is not possible as our items are custom made.

If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us immediately, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

If your item is faulty, contact us with photos and a description of the issue. We’ll provide a replacement or refund.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. It may take 7 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
