The Story Behind Phenology Décor
Phenology Décor was founded by twin siblings Aimée and Conor, whose lifelong appreciation for nature and design was shaped by their upbringing in the Blackstairs Mountains of Wexford, Ireland. Their family home was always filled with seasonal wreaths and thoughtfully chosen décor that marked the rhythm of the year and the moments that mattered most.
Drawing on this heritage, they combined their expertise in design, their love of the natural world, and their strong business focus to build Phenology Décor. Today, the brand is known for carefully crafted wreaths and seasonal décor that balance beauty, quality, and longevity, with a mindful approach to materials and sustainability wherever possible.
Each piece reflects a commitment to craftsmanship and considered design, created to bring a sense of nature and seasonality into the home. Designed to be reused and refreshed across seasons, their wreaths encourage a more sustainable approach to decorating. At Phenology Decor, we thoughtfully select each piece of forever green foliage, sourced where possible from recycled materials, not only for its natural beauty but for the meaning it carries. Phenology (feh-NAA-luh-jee) is the study of how changing seasons impact living things and the environment. Scientists use phenology wheels to capture and share what is happening in nature.
Mindful of how the changing seasons impact us and our environment we used the phenology wheel as inspiration for our logo. The wheel is traditionally divided into four main quadrants, aligning with the seasons and has a center circle which often includes a theme or key image to symbolise the connection of time and nature.
