Big news…Phenology Decor has been shortlisted for the Customer Service Award at the Newstalk Changemaker Business Awards 2025 (with thanks to FBD Insurance)!
These awards celebrate Irish businesses that are shaking things up, leading with heart, innovation, and a drive to make a real difference. The theme this year is “not business as usual,” which feels like a perfect fit for us.
Being recognised for our customer service honestly means so much. Whether it’s personal support, thoughtful packaging, or making sure every customer feels appreciated, we put people first in everything we do.
The awards ceremony is happening on June 11th at the Mansion House in Dublin, hosted by Anton Savage. You’ll hear more about it on Newstalk radio, their socials, podcasts, and website so keep an ear out!
